Photo drop-in guide.
Every photo spot on the site is a labeled placeholder waiting for the real shoot. This page lists all 14 spots (21 images counting the Scacial imaging pairs), the shape each one needs, and how to hand the photos over — so the layout never has to change.
1
Match the label
Each placeholder shows a caption like “Photo: Hero — Ray in salon”. Find the matching row below.
2
Crop to the shape
Export the photo in the shape and minimum size listed. The site trims the edges to fit — nothing ever stretches or squishes.
3
Send them over
Share the files with the label in the filename, e.g. hero-ray-in-salon.jpg. They'll be dropped into the exact same spots.
Every spot, at a glance.

Three rules that keep the layout intact.
- Crop to the listed shape before sending — the page fills its frame with the middle of the photo, so extra height or width just gets trimmed away.
- Keep the subject centered — important details near an edge can get cropped on tall phone screens.
- Any size at or above the minimums works — the site resizes photos to look sharp on phones and big screens alike.
Drop the photos into the project chat (or send them however is easiest) with the label in each filename — that's all it takes.
